Marseille Pizza Trucks

On Assignement for the newspaper Les Echos Week-end.
Born in the Phocaean city in 1962 after Jean Méritan, called "Jeannot le Pizzaïolo",decided to give up his career as steward on ships in the Mediterranean, in order to start selling pizza prepared in a truck. He was inspired by a practice he discovered in Spain.
In Marseille the number of sites is limited to 52 and remains managed by the municipality.
